KCRW is your always-on connection to music, news, culture, and each other — on the radio, online, and in-person. KCRW belongs to Los Angeles, connecting diverse perspectives and the sounds of Southern California with curious communities around the corner and around the world. KCRW is NPR’s flagship member station in Southern California and a community service of Santa Monica College. You can find their broadcast signal in LA, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Mojave, Palm Springs, San Luis Obispo, and worldwide via the KCRW app and at kcrw.com.
KCRW partners with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services) to process donations in the form of real estate assets. Properties in any location, condition, and format are eligible for donation to KCRW. Back taxes, mortgage balances, and deferred maintenance do not prohibit your ability to donate. Our program covers all loans, liens, commissions, and closing costs so long as there is equity in the property.
If you have a land, residential, or commercial real estate asset that is unused or costing you money, consider giving back to the station you love by donating it to KCRW. As a result, you may also be eligible for a significant tax deduction!
